SOUR CREAM RAISIN PIE 
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar

Combine the above and set aside. Take 3 egg yolks, well beaten, add 1 1/2 cups sour cream to them and mix well. Then add the dry ingredients above to the egg and cream mixture.

Soak 3/4 cup raisins in hot water until softened. Drain off water and add to mixture. Cook on stove in saucepan stirring constantly until mixture thickens up, then pour in baked 9 inch pie shell.

Make meringue out of 3 egg whites, 3 tablespoons sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar. Cover pie and brown in 375 degree oven 7 to 10 minutes until golden brown.
