GREEN SALAD 
2 heads red or green leaf lettuce
3 tomatoes, chopped in bite-size pieces
1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1/2 c. chopped red or green onions
2 avocados, sliced

Tear lettuce into bite-size pieces. Add all ingredients and toss.

DRESSING:

1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. olive oil
1 tsp. dry mustard
6 tbsp. red wine vinegar
2 tbsp. honey
1 clove garlic

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend thoroughly.
