SAVORY SWEET POT ROAST 
3 to 4 lb. boneless beef roast
1 med. onion, sliced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. mustard

Brown meat on both sides. Add onions, blend together all ingredients and pour over meat. Cover and simmer for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
