3 1/2 c. Bisquick mix
1 lb. hot sausage meat
8 oz. Cheddar cheese (grated)

Mix Bisquick and sausage meat (have meat softened) and cheese together. This has to be mixed by hand as mixture will be stiff. Roll in small balls. Bake at 300 degrees until sausage balls are brown about 25 minutes.
