TROY'S ANCIENT ZITI RECIPE 
1 (35 oz.) can of Tutorusso whole tomatoes con basis
3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 tbsp. parsley
1 tbsp. oregano
Salt & pepper to taste
Garlic powder (optional)
1 box ziti shells
About 20 oz. Mozzarella cheese
1 lb. hamburger
Olive oil

In a large frying pan, apply the olive oil and fry the finely chopped garlic cloves until brown. Drain the tomato sauce from the can and separate the whole tomatoes from same. Apply the whole tomatoes in the pan with the garlic, as well as applying the oregano and parsley and fry together for approximately 30 minutes. Cover as well. While the above is frying, boil the ziti shells and slice the Mozzarella cheese in thin pieces. Next, fry the hamburger and chop as well so it can be sprinkled when finished.

Once the tomatoes have beef frying for the 30 minutes, take off flame and let cool off. Then chop the tomatoes until they are fine and smooth, and apply the sauce that was separated as stated above. Allow this to simmer on a low flame for another 30 minutes and add the salt, pepper and garlic (optional) and the sauce will be finished.

In a lasagna pan, apply in layers; ziti shells, hamburger, sauce and cheese until all ingredients are used. Cover and place in preheated oven (350 degrees) for 25 to 30 minutes or until cheese is melted. There you have it!!!
