CRUSTLESS PUMPKIN PIE 
1 c. skim milk
1 can pumpkin
Pumpkin pie spices to taste

Cook in saucepan over (keep stirring) low heat, add 2 packages Knox gelatin. Cook until dissolved and mixture is bubbly. Remove from heat and let cool. Add sweetener to taste (6 to 8 packages). Pour into dish sprayed with Pam and put in refrigerator until set.

Weight Watcher on program exchanges - 1 milk, 4 vegetables for whole pie.
