1 lb. hamburger
1/2 onion, diced
1 tbsp. season salt
1 tbsp. pepper
2 eggs
1/2 c. tomatoes
1/2 pkg. crackers

Mix all ingredients together. Crush crackers and mix well. Use small roasting pan. Take and shape oval in pan. Pour tomato sauce over meat loaf and bake at 350 degrees until done.
