SPOON BREAD 
1 (7 oz.) pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 stick butter, melted
1 c. sour cream
1 sm. can creamed corn
1 sm. can whole kernel corn, undrained
2 eggs

Mix muffin mix and melted butter together. Then add remaining ingredients and pour into a greased 2 quart casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes. Serves 8.
