HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. cubed chicken
2 c. thinly sliced celery
1 c. croutons
1/2 c. toasted almonds
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. onion
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese

Heat oven to 450°F. Mix all ingredients except cheese and croutons. Put into baking dish, top with croutons and cheese and bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
