STUFFED PEPPERS 
3 lbs. hamburger
3/4 c. raw rice
1 finely chopped onion
2 eggs
1/2 c. catsup
6-8 green peppers, cleaned & cut top off
2 cans tomato soup or 1 lg. can tomato juice
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper (desired amount)

Mix hamburger (lean works best), salt and pepper, 1/2 cup catsup, 1 finely chopped onion, 3/4 cup raw rice, eggs together well. Then stuff raw green peppers with hamburger mixture. Put in large pan or crock pot, cover with enough juice to cover peppers and slow cook on stove top or can be baked 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours until done or on medium in crock pot for 2 hours or until done.
