RANCH STUFF MUSHROOMS 
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
1/2 tsp. garlic
1 tsp. packaged Ranch dressing seasoning
1/4 tsp. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. butter

Wash and dry mushrooms, cut off ends of stems separating them from the caps. Chop stems real fine. Saute with butter, chopped mushroom stems, garlic, Ranch dressing seasoning, grated Parmesan cheese. Stuff mushroom caps with stuffing. Brush a little melted butter over mushrooms then bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until mushrooms are tender. Serves about 4.
