QUICK TENDER BAKED SCROD | |
1/2 lb. scrod per person Milk Butter 1/2 tsp. dill weed (optional) Place scrod in pan, half submerged in milk. Put 1 or 2 tbsp. butter on top of scrod. Sprinkle with dill weed, if desired. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. |
