JIM & JANE'S COCA COLA SALAD 
2 (3 oz. ea.) pkgs. jello (we use 1 raspberry and 1 cherry)
1 1/2 cups hot fruit juice (use juice from cans of fruit)
2 (8 oz. ea.) pkgs. cream cheese (Philadelphia)
1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained (Del Monte)
1 (20 oz.) can dark sweet cherries, drained (Del Monte)
1 cup chopped nuts
1 (12 oz.) can Coca Cola (Coke)

Dissolve jello in hot fruit juice (from both fruit cans) and while still hot add cream cheese. Cool, then add fruit and nuts, cool again. Add coke. Place in refrigerator long enough to "set" then serve as dessert.
