1 egg
1 tbsp. cornstarch
Pinch salt
2 tbsp. honey
1 c. pineapple juice
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Put slightly beaten egg, cornstarch, salt and honey in top of double boiler. Add juices. Cook slowly over hot water until mixture thickens.
