TURKEY (CHICKEN) TETRAZZINI 
4 slices turkey breast, precooked

SAUCE:

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
3 oz. can mushrooms and liquid
1 tbsp. sherry
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese

Heat and mix together.

Cook and drain 1/4 pound linguini in 4 inch pieces. Put noodles in a shallow baking dish. Pour 1/2 of the sauce over this. Arrange the mushrooms and turkey on top of this. Cover with remaining sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 400 degrees until well heated and browned. 4 servings.
