CREAMED CHIPPED BEEF OVER HOMINY 
4 slices bacon
1 lg. can hominy
1 lg. pkg. chipped beef
3 c. med. cream sauce
1/4 c. minced onion

Saute bacon. Remove from fat; drain and crumble. Drain hominy; saute in bacon fat. Shred beef, add to cream sauce; add minced onion and bacon crumbs. Pour sauce over hominy and heat through.
