GRAHAM CRACKER PUDDING 
1 c. milk
1 pkg. Knox gelatin
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, separated
2 c. whipping cream
20 graham crackers, crushed

Mix together the Knox gelatin and milk until gelatin is dissolved. Add beaten egg yolks. Cook in double boiler until it coats a spoon. Remove from heat and cool. Whip 2 egg whites until stiff. Set aside. Whip 2 cups of whipping cream. Mix whipping cream, beaten egg whites and custard together. Sprinkle half graham crackers in 9"x13"x2" pan. Pour mixture on top. Sprinkle rest of graham crackers on top. Chill thoroughly for several hours.
