HAWAIIAN PORK CHOPS 
6 pork chops
1 clove garlic
1 piece ginger root
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
2 1/2 tbsp. flour
2 1/2 tbsp. soy sauce
3 tbsp. vinegar
1 c. water

In a saucepan mix all ingredients except pork chops. Bring sauce to a full boil until thickened. Arrange chops in a casserole dish. Pour sauce over top and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours.
