Hawaiian Pork Chops

These pork chops came out very good. I used bone-in chops sliced about 1/2" thick. My husband liked the "tanginess" and it was a different flavor that was a nice change of pace. Also I didn't have corn starch so i used multi-purpose flour and it seemed to work fine.
