SHRIMP MOLD 
1 carton whipped cream cheese
1 1/2 env. gelatin
3/4 c. chopped celery
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. grated onion
1 1/2-2 c. chopped fresh cooked shrimp
Salt & pepper
Red pepper
Lots of paprika
Lemon juice
Fresh chopped parsley

Fold gelatin into creamed cheese after softening gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water and dissolving it over low heat. Fold in chopped celery, mayonnaise, grated onion and chopped shrimp. Season with salt and pepper; chill in fish mold until firm.
