CREOLE SUCCOTASH 
1 lb. fresh or frozen lima beans
1 lb. fresh or frozen corn
1 (15 oz.) can peeled tomatoes, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 sweet green pepper, chopped
1/4 stick butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Saute onion and green pepper in butter until lightly brown, simmer with tomatoes 20 minutes. Add lima beans, simmer another 15 minutes. Add corn, simmer another 10 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste. A delicious, attractive vegetable combination!
