GARDEN SUCCOTASH 
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen lima beans
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen whole kernel corn
2 tbsp. chopped pimento, optional
1/4 c. whole milk
3 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

In a microwave-safe dish, combine lima beans, corn and pimento. Cook for 8-9 minutes. Stir in the rest of the ingredients and cook for 3 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
