STRAWBERRY PUDDING OR SHORTCAKE 
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. baking soda
1 egg
1 1/2 c. flour (sifted)
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sugar or for diabetic 1 c. Sugar Twin
1 qt. strawberries, cleaned and washed

Mix all ingredients as listed except strawberries. Pour about 2/3 of the batter in a greased and floured 10x10 baking pan or dish. Bake 350 degrees until done when tested with a toothpick in the center. It takes about 30 to 40 minutes. Serve warm with or without milk. With milk you may want to use some sugar or sweetener.
