STUFFED BREAD 
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 lb. ground beef
Salt & pepper
1 tbsp. butter
Worcestershire sauce (optional)
Mushrooms (optional)
1 loaf french bread
1 onion
1 bell pepper
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
Toothpicks

Brown beef with chopped onions, bell peppers, mushrooms and butter. Add Cheddar cheese soup and mix together. Cut loaf in half (top & bottom and scoop centers of bread out). Mix pieces of bread with meat mixture. Stuff meat back into bread and top with grated cheese. Place top of bread back on top and keep in place with toothpicks. Bake at 450 degrees for about 5 to 8 minutes or until cheese melts. Slice and serve. May want to cover with tin foil before baking to keep bread from getting too hard.
