BREAD-POTATO STUFFING 
1 loaf wheat bread
1 (1 lb.) mash potato mix
4 sticks butter
1 bag frozen chopped onions
1 stalk celery
Milk

Tear bread into small pieces and place in large roasting pan. Melt 1 stick butter in frying pan; add onions and cook on medium heat until browned. Chop celery. Pour onions into bread. Melt second stick of butter in frying pan. Brown celery until tender. Pour into bread mix. Mix well. Prepare potatoes according to package directions. Add to bread mixture. Stuffing can be cooked turkey or heated at 350 degrees for 45 minute.
