TURKEY AND MUSHROOMS 
1 lb. turkey cutlets
4 tbsp. butter
3-4 oz. mushrooms (no broth)
1 sm. onion, chopped or onion flakes
1/4 c. water
1/4 rounded tsp. beef bouillon

Melt butter in frying pan. When butter begins to brown, add turkey. Cook approximately 3 minutes; turn; add mushrooms and onions. Cover and cook 5 minutes. Take turkey out and place in hot dish and cover. Add water and beef bouillon to the frying pan. Heat and stir about 3 minutes. Pour over turkey and serve.
