Instant potatoes
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 c. grated cheese (Cheddar)
Parmesan cheese

Prepare 6 servings of instant potatoes according to package instructions. While hot, add 1 tablespoon minced onion 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese. Stir well. Place in casserole dish. Top with Parmesan cheese and bake at 350 degrees until golden brown, about 10 minutes.
