3 lb. potatoes (cooked & grated) 1 tsp. onion salt 1 lb. Velveeta cheese 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 pt. whipping cream In 9 x 13 inch pan, place 1 layer of potatoes, salt, pepper and onion salt. Next a layer of Velveeta cheese. Then a layer of potatoes with seasonings and a layer of cheese. Pour whipping over the whole pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 12-15. May be made a day ahead and baked the next day. |
