COMPANY CHEESE POTATOES 
1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash browns, unthawed slightly
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 sm. box sour cream
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 stick butter

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Place frozen hash browns in a 9x13 inch pan. Slice the butter over potatoes. Melt in 325 degree oven while mixing the remaining ingredients in a bowl. Spread mixture over potatoes. Bake 2 hours in 325 degree oven uncovered. Don't rush; otherwise flavors won't blend.
