2 lbs. frozen hash brown potatoes 1 c. diced onion 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 2 c. sour cream 2 c. grated sharp cheese 1 c. potato chips for corn flakes Thaw potatoes for 30 minutes. Mix together all ingredients except potato chips or corn flakes. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste. Pour into 9 x 13 x 2 inch baking dish. Sprinkle potato chips or corn flakes on top. Bake for one hour at 350 degrees. |
