DRUNKEN CHICKEN | |
1/4 c. melted butter 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can cream of celery soup 1/2 c. cooking wine (Sauterne) Put chicken in roasting pan. Mix butter, soups and wine together, pour over chicken and bake 3 to 4 hours in a 250 to 300 degree oven. Don't cover. Holland House cooking wine. |
