MUESLIE 
3 c. old fashioned oatmeal
1/2 c. milk

Mix together and set aside.

In large bowl combine: 1/4 c. orange juice Grated lemon peel of 1/2 a lemon Juice of 1/2 a lemon 1 (2 oz.) pkg. slivered almonds, pecans, filberts, etc.

Stir in oatmeal mixture.

TOPPING (Optional) :
Fresh fruit & berries
Yogurt or cream
Bran or granola
Brown sugar
Raisins or chopped dates, etc.

The oatmeal mixture can be made the night before and refrigerate for convenience.

Serve Mueslie with a selection of toppings and let everyone help themselves. Serves 6.
