6 WEEK BRAN MUFFINS | |
5 c. flour 5 tsp. baking soda 1 box Bran Flakes 3 c. sugar 4 eggs 1 qt. buttermilk 1 c. melted shortening Combine dry ingredients. Add liquids and mix well. Can refrigerate 4-6 weeks and use as needed. Bake in greased muffin pans for 15-20 minutes at 400 degrees. |
