SWISS MEATBALLS 
2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 pkg. dry onion soup mix
3 eggs
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 can water

Mix first 4 ingredients and form into balls. Place in a 9x13 inch cake pan in one layer. Do not brown. Mix soup and water and pour over meatballs. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or noodles.
