CREAMY BROCCOLI DELIGHT 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. broccoli cuts, cooked and drained
1 c. finely chopped celery
1 c. finely chopped onion
4 tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (6 oz.) roll process garlic cheese, cut into small pieces
1 c. toasted bread crumbs combined with 3 tbsp. melted butter

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In small saucepan, saute celery and onion in 4 tablespoons melted butter until transparent. Combine all ingredients evenly in a 2 quart casserole. Top evenly with buttered bread crumbs. Cook for 30 to 40 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
