CREAMY CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI BAKE 
2 pkgs. (10 oz.) broccoli (frozen or fresh)
Approx. 4 c. chicken
2 cans condensed cream of mushroom, celery or chicken soup
1/2 c. milk
2 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. butter
Slice of American cheese

Layer chicken and broccoli in casserole dish. Mix soup and milk. Pour over broccoli. Arrange cheese on top. Mix Bisquick and butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour (until golden brown). About 12 servings. Note: May use cooked chicken and broccoli, then bake in microwave oven till warm.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
