DAIRY STATE CASSEROLE 
1 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 tsp. sugar
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 c. sour cream
8 oz. can tomato paste
8 oz. egg noodles
6 scallions
3 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. Cheddar, grated

Brown ground beef and garlic in butter. Drain fat. Add salt, pepper, sugar, tomato sauce and tomato paste. Blend and heat through. Make noodles according to package directions. Drain. Chop scallions.

In a blender, combine scallions, cream cheese and sour cream. In a greased casserole dish, layer 1/2 noodles, 1/2 meat sauce and 1/2 cheese sauce. Repeat. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
