RUM BALLS 
2 1/2 c. vanilla wafers, crushed
1 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. cocoa
3 tbsp. corn syrup
1 c. nuts, chopped fine
1/4 c. bourbon or rum
Extra powdered sugar

Mix crumbs, sugar, cocoa and nuts. Blend bourbon or rum in syrup; mix into crumb mixture. Roll into 1 inch balls; roll into nuts and powdered sugar. Yield: 3 dozen.
