TOMATO BASIL TORTE 
1 pie crust
1 to 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
dried basil and oregano to taste
2 cloves garlic, minced
pepper
2 Roma tomatoes, thinly sliced
3/4 c. blend of Romano and Parmesan cheese

Poke pie crust with a fork and bake for 5 minutes. Mix together mayonnaise, dried basil, oregano, garlic and pepper; spread on pie crust. Add tomato slices and cheese blend.

Bake at 350°F for 20 to 30 minutes until cheese is slightly browned.
