TOMATO BASIL SOUP 
4 c. canned whole peeled tomatoes
4 c. tomato sauce
14 fresh basil leaves
1 c. heavy cream
1 stick of sweet cream butter, unsalted
cracked pepper and salt

Combine tomatoes and tomato sauce and stew for 30 minutes. Alternate stewed mix with a few basil leaves and blend in blender. Put mix back on low heat and add heavy cream and sweet cream butter. Flavor with cracked pepper and salt.

Freezes well up to a couple of months.
