TACO MAC SALAD 
1 lb. ground chuck
2 c. elbow macaroni
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. minced onion
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
1 large tomato, chopped
1/2 head lettuce, shredded
1 1/2 c. Catalina dressing
5 1/2 oz. bag Nacho Cheese Doritos, crushed to taste

Cook macaroni, drain and cool. Brown meat, add onions and cook until soft, drain fat. Add taco seasoning and mix well. Cool. Combine cooled macaroni, green peppers, cheese, tomatoes, and lettuce. Just before serving, stir in seasoned ground beef, dressing and top with crushed Doritos. Toss lightly.
