TACO MAC SALAD 
2 c. (6 oz.) rotini or twirls, uncooked
1 lb. ground beef
1 - 1 1/2 pkgs. taco seasoning
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. minced onion
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 pt. cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 head lettuce, shredded
1/2 bottle French dressing
1 (5 1/2 oz.) pkg. taco corn chips
Salt & pepper to taste

Cook rotini according to directions on package. Rinse, drain well and cool.

Brown meat then drain. Add taco seasoning; mix well. Cool. Combine cooled Rotini with green peppers, onion, cheese, tomatoes, lettuce in a large bowl; mix well. Chill.

Just before serving, stir in seasoned ground beef, French dressing and corn chips. Toss lightly. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
