TACO MAC SALAD 
2 c. rotini spirals
1 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 oz. pkg. taco seasoning
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. minced onion
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 box cherry tomatoes
1/2 head lettuce, shredded
1/2 c. Western dressing

Cook rotini spirals as directed on package. Drain, rinse with cold water; drain again. Brown meat and drain fat. Add taco seasoning and mix well. Cool.

In a large bowl, mix rotini spirals, green pepper, onion, cheese, tomatoes and lettuce. Chill. Just before serving, stir in seasoned ground beef and Western dressing. Toss lightly.
