TACO MAC SALAD 
2 c. rotini spirals
1 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 oz. taco seasoning
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. minced onion
1 c. grated cheddar
1 box cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 head lettuce, shredded
1/2 c. French dressing

Cook noodles, drain and rinse. Brown meat and drain fat. Add taco seasoning and mix well. Cool in a large bowl. Mix noodles, green peppers, onion, cheese, tomatoes and lettuce. Chill. Just before serving, stir in beef and dressing.
