GRAPE MACARONI AND CHEESE SALAD 
2 c. warm cooked macaroni
1 1/2 c. seedless grapes
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. diced Swiss cheese
1 hard-cooked egg, chopped
1/4 c. shredded carrot
2 tbsp. finely chopped parsley
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. Ranch style dressing

Toss macaroni and 2 tablespoons of dressing; refrigerate at least 2 hours. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate at least 1 hour or overnight. Makes 6 servings.
