MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef, brown & drain
1 can tomato soup
1 can cream of mushroom (or celery)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 sm. can chopped green chili
2 c. grated Longhorn or cheddar cheese
2 jalapeno peppers or as preferred
Corn tortillas

Melt tortillas with hot oil. Line 13 x 9 inch dish with tortillas, meat mixture, cheese. Repeat. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
