HADDOCK - SHRIMP BAKE | |
2 lbs. Haddock 1 can cream of shrimp soup 1/4 c. butter, melted 1/2 tsp. onion, grated 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/4 tsp. garlic salt 1 1/4 c. Ritz crackers (30), crumbled Spread soup over fish and bake for 20 minutes at 375 degrees. Combine butter and seasoning. Mix with cracker crumbs. Sprinkle over fish. Bake 10 more minutes. |
