HADDOCK SHRIMP BAKE | |
2 lbs. fresh or frozen haddock 1/2 tsp. grated onion 1 can frozen cream of shrimp soup (thawed) 1/4 c. butter 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 1/4 c. crushed Ritz crackers 1/4 tsp. garlic salt Thaw fish if frozen. Place on greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Spread with soup, bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Combine butter and seasonings; mix with cracker crumbs. Sprinkle over fish and bake 10 to 15 minutes longer. |
