BAKED FILLETS OF HADDOCK 
1 lb. frozen fillets of haddock
3/4 c. white wine
1 sm. onion, thinly sliced or 2 green onions, chopped
1/2 c. water
Oregano
5 tbsp. melted butter
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 sm. can sliced mushrooms
Salt
Pepper

Arrange onion slices in bottom of greased shallow pan. Thaw fillets and drain well. Rub each with salt and pepper and arrange over onions; brush over with melted butter. Combine wine, lemon juice, and water; pour around fish. Sprinkle with oregano; cover with sliced mushrooms. Bake in 400 degree oven for about 20 minutes, basting with liquid in pan. Arrange on hot platter for serving.
