BAKED HADDOCK FILLETS | |
1 1/2 lbs. haddock fillets 3 tbsp. butter 2 c. milk 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 c. flour 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1/4 tsp. paprika 1/8 tsp. pepper 3/4 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese Place fillets in a well greased shallow baking dish. Make a sauce by blending butter, flour, salt, and seasonings. Add milk slowly, cooking and stirring constantly. When sauce is smooth and thickened; add cheese. Remove from heat. When cheese has melted and blended, pour over fillets and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
